Bruce Pfaff Testifies before Illinois Supreme Court Rules Committee

Pfaff & Gill, Ltd. Trial Lawyers testified on Friday, April 4, 2014 before the Illinois Supreme Court Rules Committee. He authored proposed amendments to one rule of trial practice and one rule of appellate practice that he has requested the Court to adopt. He also testified against a proposal submitted by a bar organization that would make it more difficult for parties in a case to obtain metadata and other electronic data footprints of information.
